There isn’t a man alive who would turn down an extra inch or two, especially if they knew that it was as easy as performing some regular penis enlargement exercises to build length and strength.

Just keep in mind that it could be 6 or more weeks before you see any results and that you need to make sure that you are not causing yourself pain or discomfort. If it hurts then you are not doing the exercise properly and risk damaging your penis rather than increasing its size.
1. Jelquing
Jelquing is one of the easiest penis enlargement exercises that you can try and it is probably the most well known technique as well. You start with a semi erect penis and grip the base with your fingers in the ‘OK’ position. It is recommended that you use plenty of lubrication.
The idea is to massage (or milk) the shaft by pulling your hand slowly from the base to the head avoiding contact with the glans. You should then switch hands and repeat the process. Most advice suggests starting with a small number of repetitions and gradually building up to more.
This exercise pushes the blood along your penis and traps it in the glans which should gradually lengthen the penis slightly.
2. Stretching
There are various different types of stretching exercises that you can try in order to increase the size of your penis. Most should be attempted with a flaccid penis and you should do no more than 5 repetitions at a time. The most basic stretch is known as the A-Stretch.
You begin by gripping your penis firmly around an inch below the glans and gently pulling it straight out. You then place the wrist of your other arm under the penis. Try to grab the wrist of the hand holding your penis using this underneath hand. Your penis will stretch around your wrist. If you want a deeper stretch you can push upwards with the arm that is underneath. Hold this for about 20 seconds per repetition.
3. Kegel Exercises
Kegel exercises are something that you most likely associate with women seeking a tighter vagina, but men can also do them and they actually make great penis enlargement exercises, although they are best for adding girth and strengthening your erection rather than adding length.
These are really easy to do and can be done flaccid or erect. Your PC muscle is what you use to stop urinating mid flow or to clench your anus. The idea is to contract these muscles and hold it for as long as you can before releasing.
A good time to aim for is 10 seconds. You should do several repetitions once or twice a day and in around a month you will find your erection is stronger. To add to the results if you perform kegels while erect you can try draping a towel over your penis and lifting it up and down, once you are comfortable doing that you can use a wet towel for additional weight!
4. Circular Rotations
- These penis enlargement exercises are a variation on stretching. Start by grasping your penis just below the glans and stretch it out firmly. While stretched rotate the penis in a clockwise circular motion for 30 seconds. You should then release and repeat with the other hand, this time in a counter clockwise direction. Do this five times each day and you will soon see results.
5. Hot Stretching
This is a very basic stretching exercise which also utilizes heat. You should start by covering the penis with a warm wash cloth in order to heat up the penis and increase blood flow to the area. This helps avoid injury and makes the exercise more effective.
In fact, it is something you might want to do before any of the exercises described here. Once your penis has been suitably warmed up you need to grasp it below the glans and stretch it horizontally holding for up to 10 seconds.
You can then repeat the stretch vertically by pulling it downwards and then upwards. You should do between 5 and 10 repetitions of each stretch per session making sure that you are not causing pain when stretching it out.
These are a few of the penis enlargement exercises that are supposed to work. The results may vary from person to person depending on a number of factors so how well they actually work is difficult to determine. If you are really keen to add additional length to your penis then you might actually find using a traction device to supplement your exercise routine offers you much better results.
